LaDeane Klawe was born and raised in Murray, Utah. She is the mother of three boys, grandmother of six, and great grandmother of two. She spent twenty five years of her life working as a police officer at the Salt Lake City International Airport; sixteen of those years were as a sergeant. She retired in January of 2007. After her retirement, she decided to pursue her dreams of writing a children’s book. She completed two, using four of her grandchildren as characters for them. She has always been accused of having a very active imagination, so she decided to put it to work on her favorite subject.
LaDeane’s inspiration for this book came to her because she has always loved stories or movies about aliens. The question of whether or not they exist has always intrigued her. The stories and rumors of sightings and experiments left her wondering why. This book is an attempt to answer that question. She is already working on ideas for a sequel.
