Jody E Harris

Jody Harris likes to be perceived as a true southern gentleman but he grew up in a rough and tumble world when men and their families had to work to live. He was poor and grew up tough and fast. As a child he had to work the soil to plant and harvest food. The food was put up so he and his family could eat it through the winter. To play young Jody and his friends ran down to the Chickasabogue Creek to fish and sometimes they had to throw rocks at a 15 foot gator to frighten him off so they could fish. After years of working as a welder, grocery store clerk and as am IT Project Manager, Jody is ready to share his particular vision of the world. Today Jody E Harris writes poetry and books about a variety of topics and genre. His books are currently in the process of rewrite and revision and a number of new books will be released in months to come.
