Arun Gray

Arun Gray is a sports therapist and Strength & conditioning coach based in Lincolnshire. After completing an undergraduate degree in sport science and a masters degree in sports therapy, he went on to work in various professional football clubs in both the English Premier League and the Football League. He now works in Non League, Semi Professional Football in Lincolnshire while running a successful private injury clinic.

Arun has extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology and sports performance; with hands on experience with people of an eclectic background presenting a plethora of injuries. He shares his work frequently on social media, his blog and a small collection of publications.
