Moorea Seal is an author, designer, entrepreneur and influencer based in Seattle, WA. She creates accessible and aspirational products for emotional support, self actualization, resiliency building and happiness. Moorea fuses a background in art and design with her passion for creating resources of healing, and her love of organization and efficiency makes list making is key to her work. Trauma researchers at The University of Washington Trauma Center have discovered that list making is key to trauma recovery. And specific list prompts found in Moorea's 52 Lists journal series have been shown to help trauma survivors recover from PTSD; a disorder once believed to be incurable.

With over 1.2 million copies sold, her guided list making journals have been used by and gained accolades from the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow to Oprah, Cardi B and Khloe Kardashian, Tyler Oakley, Teddi Mellencamp and more.
