Jeff Linamen's lifelong love affair with writing began with his first short story at the age of seven. Author, playwright, blogger, reviewer: he is the author of six produced plays, including the soon to be published, September's Heroes; a multimedia DocuDrama about the tragic events on 9/11.
Jeff Linamen has been working in performing arts related fields for over 30 years. Linamen has designed sets, lights & costumes; worked all aspects of theatre and theater management; and yes, he acted, sang and danced back in the day. For nearly 13 years he served as Auditorium Manager for a public high school in Illinois where he also handled all the design work for the school's productions. He is also the Artistic Director and Producer for Introspect Theatre , a small non-profit theatre company in the suburbs of Chicago. He plans to one day open a performing arts center with a professional theatre company and full educational program to teach all disciplines in the arts. Linamen wants his legacy to involve "igniting the love and passion for the arts in young people as it was passed on to me".
Linamen has his BA degree in Theatre from Anderson University (1989) and graduated as Valedictorian in 2011 with his Master's degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University.
