Rick Jones

Rick Jones is the founder and CEO of FishBait Marketing, a sports and entertainment sponsorship consultancy and representation agency and a partner in Nashville-based R&R Bait & Tackle, a country music sponsorship and representation agency. His clients include the Atlantic Coast Conference, the Country Music Association, the College Football Hall of Fame and Werner Co., among others. Rick is a renowned public speaker and seminar leader worldwide, known as one of the leading experts on marketing communications and segments, corporate sponsorship, event marketing, sales techniques, team building, and tourism and travel.

Rick is a fourth generation Atlantan and a graduate of both Georgia Southern (undergraduate degree) and Georgia State University (Masters degree). He started his career as a high school and college coach, then went on to Georgia Tech as the marketing director for the athletic association. He has build three agencies, working on some of the biggest sports and entertainment properties around the world and with some of the top Fortune 500 companies.
