Thomas McCracken

There is a difference between doing good and being good; that difference changed Tom's life and is the reason he wrote Being the Believing. Tom has been married to Laurie McCracken for almost thirty years and has four children: one son and three daughters. He is the founding Pastor of CommUNITY Church in Salem, Virginia, where he serves as Pastor Emeritus, after retiring from full-time ministry due to military injuries.

Dr. McCracken holds two undergraduate degrees in business from American InterContinental University, three graduate degrees from Liberty University (Theology, Education, and Divinity-Eqv.), an Education Specialist degree (Ed.S), and a doctorate in education also through Liberty University.
