Diane Roesch

Diane is a consultant who works closely with businesses and organizations to develop leaders and helps individuals discover their strengths and talents. Prior to joining the team Diane spent more than a decade in the world of commercial lending, working with businesses of all types and sizes to arrange financing associated with start-ups, leveraged buyouts, ESOP's, as well a fixed asset and working capital loans. Working closely with the management of so many businesses provided her with keen insights into a variety of business cultures and management styles. Over time it became quite obvious that the most successful businesses were the ones who trusted their employees and included them in the decision making process. She brings her financial expertise to each engagement, constantly striving to create a positive return on her clients' people investment.
