Hi. I'm Kaley Ehret. In 2009, I started the blog ChaChingonaShoestring.com after my husband and I experienced the challenges of a year and half struggle with unemployment. There, I shared our journey of learning to live large on a limited budget and helped others do the same.

Over the years, I began to share with my readers about my desire to simplify and make Christmas more meaningful. The more I shared, the more I discovered a community of like-minded readers who wanted to transform their family's Christmas too. We began to inspire and encourage each other to Do Christmas Well and soon discovered that together we were a joyful force to be reckoned with.

This eventually led to my first ebook, "The Merry Little Christmas Project", which is my story of how five life-changing words transformed Christmas for me.
