Went to Israel and participated in an archaeological dig at Khirbet el Maqatar, 2010

Stood on Gibeon’s hill, near the village of El Jib of Palestinian West Bank Territory

A lifelong interest in gardening and camping provided insights needed for the Late Bronze Age life skills.
