Hello! Thanks for visiting my Author Page! A bit about me...

I'm a wife. I'm married to an awesome history professor (I've heard him teach, so I can say that with authority). My favorite things about him are his faith and his humor. It's wonderful to see how God works in and through him, and I really love how my husband can always make me laugh (even if I don't want to at the moment!).

I'm a mom. I have four awesome kids, and we didn't get them in order of their births. Two kiddos were born in Michigan, and I was pregnant with kiddo #3 when we received custody of our fourth, who is biologically my husband's second cousin. They all call us mom and dad, though, and we love it!

I'm a daughter. I've been blessed with wonderful parents and am so glad for the love, example, and care they've given me -- both growing up and even now!

I'm a sister. I'm the eldest of two girls. My sister is only two years younger than me, so we always had a playmate growing up. She's a huge support and I can always call her.

I'm a friend. I have friends who live all over the US (and some outside of it), so we almost always have someone to visit, no matter where we go.

I'm a writer. I've always enjoyed writing, and am so happy to be able to share that writing with you!

I'm a Christian. If you can't tell by the genre of my books, I believe wholeheartedly in the redemptive grace of God, poured out for humanity in the death and resurrection of His Son, Jesus Christ, and revealed to people by His Word and Spirit. My prayer is that all I do will be for His Kingdom.
