Mark Tuggle

How can Mark serve you? He consults, coaches, writes, speaks, and teaches in churches, schools, and businesses on issues related to improving performance in people and organizations. In doing so, his focus is on self-directed learning, leadership, skills development, and improving systems that maximize those areas of performance. He loves to help people solve complex problems and achieve their personal and organizational goals.

He is a former United States Army officer, and served as a church pastor for over fifteen years in a variety of roles, including Executive Pastor and Senior Pastor.

He holds degrees from The College of William and Mary (B.A. Linguistics)and Denver Seminary (M.Div. Leadership), as well as a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University School of Business and Leadership.

Mark has been married to his wife, Penny, for over 22 years and they have four children. They live in Colorado Springs, CO. In addition to spending time with his family, Mark enjoys teaching, coaching sports, and walking the neighbor's dog.
