Clancy Ryan, better known as Reg. No. 37041, is a lifetime law enforcement, security, and intelligence professional, who has traveled the world as part of the global mission to implement modernization, plus professional standards within any police or security service: “to further the cause of justice.” As the Officer in Command of the RCMP Provincial Criminal Intelligence Program, Technical Operations, and the National Security Program, he honourably retired and moved on as Manager of the Intelligence Support Services division and Chief Operations Officer for TRINUS Technologies Inc. Later he became the first civilian Investigative Manager for Internal Affairs with the Edmonton Police Service, followed by an appointment as Deputy Commissioner of Police for a United Kingdom Overseas Territory in the Caribbean.
