Originally from Rochester, New York, I now call Florida, home. I served my country in the US Air Force for 34 years. I dabbled in owning a business and later went on to work for the Virginia Community College System at John Tyler Community College before retiring.

I am the father of two children and grandfather to five.

I like to travel out west to learn more about its rich history, people and folklore.
