Paul Stillman is the former Director of Organizational Vitality at Six Seconds, the emotional intelligence network. With over 30 years of experience as a healthcare executive and consultant, Paul led global efforts to promote the use of Vital Signs, Six Seconds' suite of organization assessment tools, and foster organizations in which business and people can thrive. He has a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems and a passionate belief in the possibility of creating a culture of sustainability in organizations.
