Mavican Hawk

Mavican Hawk is a doctor of behavioral health. She has a Master of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Religion, Culture, & Family Dynamics, in the schools of Psychology, Anthropology and Criminal Justice. She is a Nationally Credentialed Victim Intervention Specialist, Clinically Certified Forensic Domestic Violence Counselor, and a Certified Human Trafficking Victim Services Provider. She is a recipient of the Outstanding Working in Crime Victim Advocacy Award from NOVA, is a member of Phi Kappa Phi, and several other honor societies and has been an Ambassador at Epsilon Sigma Alpha International.

While Mavican admits that her works are rough and need some editing from an editor, she feels her works are well worth the read. She stated, "The stories do not disappoint."

Mavican has written several academic works and various novellas. Mavican's writing style allows her to reach a wide audience. Her style peaks a reader's interests and leaves the reader wanting to know more. Mavican Hawk is fresh, innovative and has no problem leaving readers on the edge of their seats.

When asked what books are her readers favorites, she stated, 1. Torrid Little Affairs, 2. The House on Howard Street, 3. Journey to the Onyx Tower and 4. Westwood have gotten the most acclaim. She states emails that readers send her are often positive and she appreciates their support and readership. When asked will she be writing more soon, she stated, she is currently very busy starting a new independent practice, but it's not out of the realm of possibility.
