Kathilyn Solomon

EFT practitioner Kathilyn Solomon is one of a handful of EFT tapping practitioners the world over who has earned the advanced practitioner, ACAP – EFT, credential under the mentorship of Tina Craig, cofounder of Gold Standard EFT (emofree.com), through Association of Comprehensive Energy Medicine (ACEP).

Kathilyn is based in Minneapolis with an international EFT and life coach and teaching/training practice. Kat has a special understanding of using tapping to address issues that may be blocking a person from his or her creative potential as a writer or artist, the emotional components for those experiencing challenging physical conditions including pain, trauma from accidents, fibromyalgia (which she once lived with, but not anymore!), and adrenal fatigue; for relief from and transforming unhelpful inherited family and cultural patterns; for resolving parenting (especially what I call “bad parent syndrome”) and relationship issues, birth trauma, reproductive challenges, abortion, miscarriage, loss and grief recovery, cravings and “disordered” eating, phobias, in particular social fears and public speaking anxiety, and the like. Love is the answer, and always has been, always will be. That’s always, in all ways.

Kathilyn started out at Writers House Literary Agency and Joan Daves Literary Agency, and then worked for years as an editor and children's book author. She today continues as a writer and editor, western herbalist, wildcrafter, and facial diagnostician, student of Ayurveda, explorer of movement, Interplay, and Global Somatics, and other holistic healing modalities. She is the mother to her beloved 17 year old son.

Tapping Into Wellness: Using EFT to Clear Emotional and Physical Pain and Illness, is her 8th book but her first in the self-improvement realm.
