Olivia Gamber

Olivia became a mad scientist in the personal development world through her work coaching thousands of high achieving executive professionals. She is constantly trying to reverse engineer success and achievement in business, while also experiencing deep satisfaction. Olivia has a background in Organizational Psychology and she takes a holistic approach to transformation and behavior change.

Early in her career, Olivia started to learn the game being played around her and the unwritten rules of Corporate America. It was then that she realized being good at your job wasn't enough in today's highly competitive environment; you also have to build relationships, be able to navigate complex corporate hierarchies, and develop many other key skills.

At a relatively young age, she found herself moving up the corporate ladder to become the head of talent and organizational development at a large, publicly traded company. She has overseen teams of recruiters, developed corporate training programs, counseled thousands of high level executives, and she understands that finding work you love isn't just about being a fit for the job, but a fit for the work group and company culture also are necessary to thrive in an organization.

Olivia has made it her mission to help people explore innovative ways to advance their careers and reach their highest potential. She created Career Evolved to help more high achieving professionals to experience the real transformation required in order to finally see the career breakthrough they have been seeking, but can't seem to get to on their own.

Olivia gets her energy from creating innovative solutions to the most complex problems, helping others to get to the root cause of what's holding them back, and supporting others to reach their highest potential in their life.

Olivia currently lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband, son and Yorkie Poo dog.
