Diedre L. Windsor

Diedre L. Windsor, a native of Detroit, Michigan, is a retired US Army Officer. She retired from active service in September 2009 and continued to serve her country as a civil servant in the Federal Government. Diedre has served in supervisory and management roles for over 25 years.
