My passion - nutrition, health and fitness, has greatly influenced my career path. I am a certified personal trainer with additional certifications in Spinning and Pilates. I've owned and operated a successful fitness studio and worked closely with an international company that produces nutritional supplements. Educated at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I’ve balanced my fitness credentials with my work as a Holistic Weight Loss, Nutrition and Health Counselor. I am also the author of “365 Days to A Whole New You. Daily Inspirations for Weight Loss, Nutrition and Health.” My firm belief is that fitness alone cannot change a person’s health: it needs to work hand in hand with nutrition and mental attitude.
