William Smith

William Smith is a Senior Solutions Architect at 318, Inc., where he has provided consulting and training services on behalf of partner organziations such as Apple and JAMF Software as well as supporting many wonderful customers. He is co-owner of OfficeforMacHelp.com and occasionally speaks his mind on his personal site Remember The Human at talkingmoose.net.

William is also a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP), supporting Office for Mac users and Mac admins, and is a co-founder of Twin Cities Mac Admins, a community supporting all things Apple from education to enterprise. He has spoken at JAMF Nation User Conference (JNUC), MacIT at Macworld and Penn State Mac Admins Conference. William lives with Dean, his partner of 15 years in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
