Harry Roseblade

Harry Roseblade was born in Luton in 1955. Yes I know, somebody has to come from there and the only famous person I can think of is Monty Panesar, the England cricketer. As another export from the car manufacturing town, I went to Bradford University to study Electrical & Electronic Engineering.

I decided to write a few years ago after my wife died. I had travelled around the world as a remedy for the deep trauma it left me with. It sort of worked. 'The Elements' was a result of those and subsequent travels. The world is such a magic and diverse place, it left me captivated. I was also horrified at the extent of the damage we were doing to it: it's nothing short of rape.

The pictures are of the sacred Indian mountains of Autana in Venezuela. That was me in 2002 climbing out of a whirlpool. The mountains are a recurring theme within the book and you will also find a passage about the whirlpool.

This is my first book. If you decide to read it then please offer a review. You can also find more information at www.roseblade.info
