Jonathan Eller raised in a Christian family. From a long line of ministers starting in Ireland, to USA Tennessee. From Methodist to Baptist and on to non-denominational. The word of God was always the authority. In todays world there are many means of gathering intelligence. Many Christians today who listen to people, read commentaries and follow denominational indoctrination. The views and opinions you will find with this author are formed from scripture, not personal knowledge and experiences. This author will share scripture in a way that you can learn what God has to say about something. Your faith is built on hope in Christ, so you should always look to scripture to discover what God has to say about a topic before even considering anything else. So many people today are teaching, but fail to give scripture, interpretation of scripture and definition in context which leaves you with 'do I believe this person'. I do not put any faith in any person, I put my faith in Christ alone, which is why I share scripture in the way found in my book. I do not encourage you to trust me or any other person who is preaching and teaching. Always consider what you read and hear, compare it to scripture and discuss it with your fellowship group and allow God to teach you the truth.
