Sara Allen

I grew up in London in the late 1960's and welcomed the freedom children had to play outside, summer autumn, winter and spring. we had no restrictions except, be polite, have fun, and don't get caught by the park wardens!

I have always loved reading, poetry being one of my favourite modes of expression. I also am a confirmed student of history, taking a degree at SOAS, University of London, in the History of Art & Archaeology.

I have a problem with being fitted into a box, often not even being able to say in a box for longer than a few minutes, therefore, I can't be defined as a single genre writer. As people we have a myriad of sides, dimensions, areas of interest and things we just can't abide. With my writing, I'm the same.

I could list my interests as, Contemporary/History/Fantasy/Mystery/Literary/Romance/Afro-Futuristic and that wouldn't even cover it all.
