Mr Brown is the Global Business Services CTO for Application Services in the WW Cloud CoC. He is responsible for the design, development and delivery of solutions leveraging Cloud. He has built and leads a global team to build and deliver quality solutions and outcomes for Mobile, IoT, Social, Analytics. He puts in place Agile development methods and leads Agile design sessions, designs API & Cloud strategies, frameworks, governance, operating models, DevOps environments. He builds and implements Innovation Centers/Labs and Centers of Excellences to speed the adoption, design, development and delivery of new technology. He is responsible for influencing 500 million in revenue.

Mr Brown was previously the CTO and Systems Architect Director for IBM in Central and Eastern Europe. He built and managed a team of 40 plus architects, 80 IT Specialist and developers in across Central and Eastern Europe. Mr Brown's responsibility was to build, grow, mature and manage a IT Architecture team capable of designing and delivering enterprise, application, business and infrastructure architecture. This team drove 1 billion in value based business.

In addition to his CTO role, Mr Brown was the STG Cloud Strategy and Technical Lead for IBM's Global Markets. Responsible for the development of Cloud enabled assets, providing guidance, direction and leadership to the Global Markets.

Mr. Brown was the GBS Governance Global CTO. He is the author of IBM's SOA Governance and Management Method. He has built many CoE and has developed a method for the build and delivery. He is the author of many White Papers. A guest lecturer at many universities with a standing residency at the University of California San Diego Rady School of Management Masters Degree Program where he lectures on Governance and Complex Consulting.
