My main focus and passion in writing is comics books. I was fortunate growing up in that both my mom and dad encouraged reading in all forms--including comics--among my brother and me, and that was key to fostering my love of reading. Which in turn led to a love of writing. Above all else, my favorite things about writing comics are the pure, unbridled creativity they allow, and the collaborative aspect: two minds (or more) working together to create one lasting piece of art. When done well, it's impossible to know where one creator ends and the other begins.
