Barbara Nipper

Barbara Nipper spent most of her life in Texarkana, Arkansas where she worked 32 years for the Texarkana Arkansas School District. She received her MBA degree from East Texas State University (now Texas A&M). On retirement, she moved with her husband Bob to Magnolia, Arkansas, where she enjoys reading, writing, and painting.
