BJ Eyland was born in Sydney, Australia. She has a BSc and an MBA from universities in Australia. Her extensive experience in Project Management in large multi-national organisations has given insights into modern work practices. She is also an illustrator and artist. She loves observing others: which lead her to use her unique insights to write her first self-help book on translating Narcissistic behaviours.
