Darla Hagan

Darla Hagan. I was born in Waco, Texas, and grew up in Lockhart, Texas. Married to the love of my life for thirty three years before cancer took him from me. One thing he asked when he was so sick was, "'Don't let my children and grandchildren forget me." Not that they ever could, I thought of no better way than to write a book of his life. When he was taken from us writing filled a lot of lonely hours and now I have come to love it. I fought cancer and won survivor. I live on the Texas Coast and sitting in a lounge chair on the beach is one of my favorite places to free my mind and write. My life is quite busy now but I steal away to write and am working on my third book in a trilogy. I write about true love, real life, and all the crazy things that come with it. I have no formal training, and no awards to share with you but I am looking forward to changing that.
