Hi, welcome to my authors page. My name is Faye and I'm passionate about healthy, holistic living. Since I can remember I have had a keen interest as to what makes us tick as human beings and how we can improve our lives through positive healthy actions for both mind and body!

I'm also interested in healthy diets, eating and gardening. I especially love growing and foraging for organic foods. I have discovered it compliments my healthy lifestyle perfectly.

I grew in a large family and we shared many wonderful meals even on a modest budget. This has led me into looking at healthy affordable treatments and foods to maintain a wonderful healthy lifestyle.

Keeping fit physically is also a big part of my life, I particularly like running and walking. I guess this stems from my childhood spent running and walking the local fields with my brothers and sisters
