Kirk Smith

Dr. Kirk Smith is an Assistant Professor of Human Resources and Leadership at Western Carolina University. He is the author of many articles and edited book chapters about accountability in human resources management. Smith has also conducted scores of workshops and consulting projects on measurement and evaluation in human resources.
