R A Akerlund

R A Akerlund was born in Stockholm in the deepest darkest winter. Brought up by divorced parents alongside her 3 siblings Akerlund enjoyed reading from an early age. Devouring her Mothers vast library until the last jacket had been opened she discovered her love of books.

She moved to London when she was 16 and joined a band. Backing sang for her dinner and spent a few years selling her soul to MTV. After too many years playing dingy dives in Camden she decided to give up the music and took to the keyboard. A slight hitch of child rearing stopped her in her tracks but she kept tapping until "I am Ed" was completed. The book is now avaible for the world to read via Amazon and Kindle. Akerlund is currently co-writing a book which will be completed in the near future.
