Roger Broom

Roger Broom was raised on a small dairy farm in Wisconsin and has fond memories of that time and school days at Lake Mills High School. After a stint in the Navy, the glacial winters in Wisconson drove him to the warmth of Fort Worth, Texas. Beyond the military, his career paralleled the emergence of information technology where he excelled as a systems programmer and analyst, and eventually performed as a manager and executive in the private and public sectors. He holds a BBA degree from Texas Christian University and an MBA degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. He enjoys presenting his books to groups of all sizes, from parlors to pavilions. His novels are spackled with Fort Worth and Tarrant County history and are set in modern-day Fort Worth.
