LaTrice Davis, MSW, better known as Elle is a seasoned non-profit professional, specializing in leadership development, program design, and relationship building. As a beacon of change, she creates strategic plans, enhances program quality, and trains staff. As the Founder and Chief Elevation Officer of The Ellevate Group, LLC, Elle has turned challenges into opportunities, for her clients in the youth-serving sector. Focusing on equipping non-profit professionals, her firm has attracted top clients like the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Polished Pebbles Girls Mentoring Program, Phalanx Family Services, and many others. Additionally, Elle has secured significant funding for her previous grant-writing clients.

Beyond her consultancy, Elle’s losses and resilience shine through her inspiring TEDx talk, "Embracing Resilience as Your Superpower." An author, mentor, and dedicated mother, Elle continues to inspire and empower, embodying the servant leadership she advocates for. Elle has shown her commitment to the community as a previous board member with organizations like Reflections Foundation, Henry Booth House, and others. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and a charter member of its Chicago Metropolitan Alumnae Chapter. Elle resides in the Bronzeville area of Chicago with her daughter, Simone.
