Mr Billy Cotsis

Billy Cotsis was first published in 1995 in the Greek media in Sydney. Since then he has featured in dozens of publications in four continents and is the author of over 250 articles. He is a current presenter on MerakiTv, Foxtel. In 2013 he began developing short film projects and they are listed below. His first book came out in 2016, “Many faces of Hellenic Culture,” followed by "From Pyrrhus to Cyprus: Forgotten and Remembered Hellenic Kingdoms, Territories, Entities and a Fiefdom," in 2017.

In 2018, he helped produce and edit the Fairwater Foodies Cookbook for Frasers and in 2019 he brought out the entertaining:
