With over 20-years of experience, Robert Barnwell is widely-regarded as a leading industry expert on the maximization of revenues and profitability of independent films. He is the founder and creative director of a small boutique film studio established with a business model specifically designed to reduce the risks and increase both the profitability and cash flows associated with low-budget film projects. Previously, he worked as a strategy consultant and corporate banker providing advice and financing to several major studios including Disney, MGM, and Universal.
Robert grew up and attended high school at Subic Bay Naval Base in the Philippines before completing his undergraduate studies at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. and his graduate degree at New York University.
Robert has served as an adjunct professor, speaker, guest lecturer, and participant at several leading film schools, seminars, and workshops.
