I do write (obviously!). Mostly about brands, branding and marketing. But from the perspective of evolutionary theory, memetics, neuroscience and physics. in short: for lat 10 or more years I develop philosophy of branding.

What entitles me to do this?

First: I have helped more than 40 brands to raise their power. I Feel Slovenia is one of them.

Second: I am philosopher by nature. I take nothing for granted, so I like to find unexpected features in everyday reality. All my books are like that, unfortunately only one and half available on Amazon so far.

Third: There is not enough space to fill in all my professional activities so far. I am 57.

I grew up in theatre, literary. My nanny’s were actors. I mixed mathematics with music. Studied piano for 17 years. And I was not bad. Philosophy and comparative literature came in almost by nature. Worked as editor in radical student newspaper. Then went to Radio Student, the most influential radio in '80, when Slovenian independence was just around the corner. As an editor and editor in chief and as a director of that radio I had a privilege to play mouse and cat games with communist leaders. Next step: theatre and film producer for largest cultural centre in Slovenia, Cankarjev dom. 5 years of traveling around the world and producing memorable events and meeting wonderful artists. Next step: independent performing arts producer. In the same time I already started to work in Pristop, first and that largest consultancy in Slovenia, where I became partner. Public relations consultancy is something that I still do. In 1996 I initiated first lobbying association in Slovenia (so I am professional lobbyist). It was around 2000 when I got deeply involved in branding, marketing and business modelling. And here comes my writing.

I have wife Darinka, no children, two magnificent cats and I play golf from time to time.
