Sandra Windsor's debut novel, FRACTURED, has hit the shelves following on the heels of her award winning debut memoir, THE FBI WIFE, in 2016. FRACTURED is the story of a family considered to be a model for the 1950s midwest: executive father, trophy wife and two daughters Sarah and Marla. Each faces change and the challenges a move to rural Michigan represent. Issues such as fitting in, trust in oneself, aiming for perfection arise in different forms for each family member. Sarah's life moves in parallel to her mother's as each negotiates change until this move rips the scabs off a marriage and fractures the family structure.

Sandra Windsor’s debut memoir, THE FBI WIFE, was named the 2017winner of the Colorado Authors League award for creative nonfiction and third place award in CIPA's annual contest in the family category. In 2015 her short story, “42 Dodger Blue” was named an award winner in the Writers Digest national contest.

Sandra has been teaching writing, creating news articles and writing short stories over the course of 30 years. At this time she has a second novel and a sequel to her memoir under construction. She is active in the Denver writing community and attends conferences and writing classes in Colorado and around the country. She is available for book clubs and speaking engagements.
