Andrew is a Management Consultant with extensive experience leading complex change programmes, specialising in directing mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. After gaining top-tier consulting experience within PwC and Deloitte, he was Head of Post-Acquisition Integration for a global healthcare company, before co-founding Global PMI Partners where Andrew is currently the UK Partner.
Andrew has advised clients across many industry sectors including technology, financial services, life sciences, healthcare and consumer business. Recent notable clients include:
- Skype, leading the $2.75bn separation of Skype from eBay to Private Equity ownership and managing the $25m programme end-to-end
- Apple, leading the GeoExpansion of Apple into Turkey to set up the Apple business there and a $1.2bn integration in the consumer healthcare sector
- King, leading the integration planning for King as they prepared for the legal closure of their $6bn acquisition by Activision Blizzard
Andrew was recently published in The Sunday Telegraph's M&A supplement and is a contributing author of the book 'Cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions'.
