A UK-based independent organisation consultant, coach, trainer, speaker and author of Building Successful Communities of Practice. Passionate about creating environments that enable people to thrive so that organisations can thrive.

She was previously at the Government Digital Service, where she was the Head of Agile Delivery, leading the team of Agile delivery professionals that deliver services for citizens.

She helps organisations to create conditions that enable effective collaboration and iterative, user-focused delivery. To do this, she works with leadership teams, embeds communities of practice and leads cross-organisation initiatives that allow for learning and growing capabilities, all of which help create sustainable change.

She is known internationally for her work on communities of practice and has authored the book Building Successful Communities of Practice and practical collaboration tools, such as The Team Onion.
