John Certalic is the executive director of Caring for Others, a member care ministry devoted to increasing the effectiveness of missionaries and reducing their attrition rate. Along with training and debriefing work with cross cultural workers, John has trained lay counselors and taught pastoral care seminars on 5 continents.
