Linda Graf is an engineer, chemist and manager who retired after 40 years in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) positions. Her book is a compilation of the situations women in STEM encounter in both industry and academia, but it is written as a novel for easy reading that allows people to understand the dynamics surrounding a woman working in a predominantly male field.
