I come from an entrepreneurial family, and for the past 30+ years I have been working professionally as a Business Consultant and Exit Planner with Business Owners to help them protect their families and employees, retain and reward key employees, and plan for their future sale or transition out of their business.

I started Exit Coach Radio a few years ago and have interviewed over 800 Advisors, Authors and Thought Leaders for their best Tips, Ideas and Precautions for my heroes.
