Patricia Guter is an attorney and Certified Financial Planner™. Her expertise is helping individuals, charities, attorneys, and tax and financial professionals with charitable giving strategies and techniques to convert personal assets into charitable gifts.

Patricia has worked with numerous charities as a planned giving officer and has developed planned giving programs in organizations that lacked this form of giving.

She speaks at conferences, sharing her experience and expertise in charitable giving, tax strategies, IRS charitable giving regulations, and planned giving techniques.

Patricia is a member of the American Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar Association, Financial Planning Association, and Planned Giving Association/Partnership for Philanthropic Planning.

Her first book Get Your Head Out of Your Assets has been widely received by those who want to make a difference in the world. Her second book, the first in a series, Catherine and Little Jake (Their Story and Activity Book) tells their story of being homeless kittens who want a family and want to stay together. The series of books about homeless and rescued animals and those charities that rescued them from across the United States will be told.
