Joseph McCabe

Joseph McCabe is the editor of Skybound.com. He's served as the founding editor in chief of DC Universe, the West Coast editor of SFX, a columnist for Nerdist.com, the associate editor of FEARnet.com, an assistant editor of the World Fantasy Award-winning Weird Tales, a contributing editor of the Eisner Award-winning Comic Book Artist, and a reporter for Total Film and Comic Book Heroes. He's also the author of '100 Things Batman Fans Should Know & Do Before They Die' and '100 Things Superman Fans Should Know & Do Before They Die.' And he’s contributed essays to the collections 'The Man from Krypton: A Closer Look at Superman' and 'Webslinger: Unauthorized Essays on Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man,' as well as interviews to 'Cover Story: The Art of John Picacio' and 'Secrets of the Rock Star Programmers: Riding the IT Crest.' His book 'Hanging Out with the Dream King: Conversations with Neil Gaiman and His Collaborators' was nominated for the Bram Stoker and International Horror Guild Awards. A Philadelphia native and a graduate of Villanova University and Pennsylvania State University, he lives in Los Angeles with his wife, the art historian Dr. Sophia Quach McCabe.
