David Hellman

David "Davey H" Hellman received his certification as an Exercise Nutritionist from Precision Nutrition. He was also trained as an Integrative Health Coach by Duke University Integrative Medicine. He operates his health coaching practice in support of clients from all walks of life who share the trait of being overscheduled and overstressed.

In addition to being an Integrative Health Coach, David has over thirty years' experience in the high tech products sector. He was the co-inventor of two patents focused on clinical data management that served as the springboard for a machine learning and medical informatics startup that is still active today. His experience of working behind the scenes in the healthcare delivery process combined with his unnatural, irrational and insatiable curiosity about the human body inspired his transition to the front lines in the battle for your good health.

Davey H lives in Alexandria, VA with his wife Susan and when he's not focused on improving people's health, happiness, and world-saving ability, he's probably reading something, making awful jokes, fidgeting, or some combination thereof.
