My interest is always in helping small businesses to grow big. I have more than 20 years experiences in Accounting Shared Services and Outsourcing research, numerous publication and consultancy. I work with micro business owners in setting up their accounting system and business process, assisting in marketing and advising them on business growth. At the same time, I am working closely with multinational finance and accounting shared service and outsourcing firm, trying to understand their business and services that they offer. To date, I had successfully managed more than RM2 million research grants in the above areas. My latest research project is establishing Impact Sourcing initiatives, working with government and Industry and developing Global Shared Service Courses to develop talent pool in the Finance and Accounting Shared Services and Outsourcing Industry. In addition I produced a number of case studies for Integrated Case Studies course and Entrepreneurship training as well as books and article for journals.
