Christopher J. Brown

As the Co-Founder of Redevelopment Management Associates, Chris Brown’s approach to helping cities grow economically, has resulted in over $1 billion in private sector investment. Along with his co-founder, Kim Briesemeister, they have a combined six decades of experience in reinventing cities.

RMA is comprised of award-winning experts in the fields in economic development, urban planning & design, marketing & business attraction, real estate and government administration. Their unique multi-faceted approach to reinventing cities has made many of their clients national role models.

Having received his B.A. from Yale and his M.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, Brown is recognized as a leading voice in Urban Design Regulation, Public-Private Partnerships, Real Estate Development, and Redevelopment Planning & Management.

Brown is the Past President of the Florida Redevelopment Association and is a member of Congress of New Urbanism, the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
