Theo Etzel

W. Theodore "Theo" Etzel III is a native Floridian and a successful business leader. In 1995, he became president and CEO of Conditioned Air and grew the company from a $2.7 million operation to a $46 million organization in 2015. The company has since received the National Contractor of the Year award from the Air Conditioning Contractors of America and the Uncommon Friends Foundation Business Ethics Award for its commitment to integrity in business practices.
