Ken Strong grew up as a weak and sickly child. After surviving a near-fatal motorcycle accident and decades of fighting illness, he got determined to regain his health at the age of 33. Ken underwent multiple reconstruction surgeries to repair the damage from the motorcycle crash and spent his recovery time in the hospital reading everything he could about health.
2 years later, Ken finally felt ready to tackle his other health challenges. It took him over 6 years to fully regain his health, and by that time he'd spend tens of thousands of hours reading, researching, and learning about exercise, health, juicing, fasting, detoxification, supplementation, functional medicine, fitness, longevity, pain, diet, and nutrition.
After overcoming lyme disease (with the accompanying conditions) as well as colon cancer, fibromyalgia, pre-diabetes, toxic mold exposure, SIBO, IBS, insomnia, hypothyroidism, hormonal imbalance, chronic tendonitis in both forearms, and multiple major and minor vitamin and mineral deficiencies--he knows what it's like to live in hell where just getting through the day is an act of heroism.
Now that he's healthy again, Ken also knows what it's like to sleep like a baby, jump out of bed each morning with enthusiasm and boundless energy, workout 6 days a week and have an absolute lust for life.
Ken is part of a powerful network of health and fitness experts with access to all of the latest cutting-edge science as well as the time-tested methods that have worked for hundreds or even thousands of years.
Ken is a staunch promoter of preventative health and fitness--focusing on the body as a whole instead of separate parts. He has learned the hard way that without health, life becomes nearly meaningless and with health--anything is possible.
Since regaining his health, Ken has been determined to help as many other people overcome their health and fitness challenges as he can and works every day to do so. He runs a health and fitness coaching service and is working on getting 4 separate personal trainer certifications as well as 2 nutrition certificates including the plant-based nutrition degree from Cornell University.
